The bet
Real estate buyers commit to apartments and houses they can't see. Floor plans and basic 3D renders aren't enough to feel a space, and at the price points where buyers expect certainty, that gap costs developers sales.
We bet that high-fidelity visualization could close the gap: editorial-quality renders, interactive 360 tours, and real-time immersions in Unreal Engine 5. Buyers gain confidence. Developers sell faster, and at higher conversion rates.
The second bet was internal. Architectural visualization is traditionally labor-intensive and slow. We built AI and automation into our processes and internal tools to speed up production. This let us deliver faster and price competitively while keeping the editorial quality our clients hired us for.
The work
What we delivered to clients
- Editorial-quality still renders with the sensibility of architectural photography rather than generic 3D output.
- Interactive 360 virtual tours for buyers to explore unbuilt spaces from any device.
- Real-time immersions in Unreal Engine 5, streamed to tablets and desktops so sales teams could walk buyers through a property as if it already existed.
- Interactive brochures that combined the visual work with engagement analytics for the sales team.
- Interior design direction from scratch, not staging. Each project shaped end-to-end with a coherent visual identity.
What we built to make it possible
- Custom AI training and learning layer for reaching architecture technical precision on gemini imageGen models.
- AI-generated custom interactive brochures for real estate agencies.
- The UE5 + Pixel Streaming infrastructure, including multi-touch camera controls, in-app screenshot capture, Google Cloud Storage integration, and a client portal for sales teams to access and share content.
- The production pipeline connecting 3ds Max, Corona, and Unreal, with custom MAXScript automation to remove repetitive work from the artists' day.
- The brand, positioning, and website, including the editorial voice that separated us from the commodity end of the market.
- The sales motion, running personalized outbound to developers and luxury agencies across Portugal and Spain.
